I figured that I'd let you know a bit about both us (Tesmy Co.) and the game's characters. There are currently two people working in Tesmy Co. on Blood Colored Moon, me (Tyler) and my friend (Terry). I do all the scripting, storylines, characters, and some graphics, while Terry does most of the graphics. Talk about an uneven match. Anyway, just so you know, that floating head is just an image that Terry made, it's not any specific character. Just to let you know, we're about 0.00001% complete with Blood Colored Moon, seeing as how I suck at Flash Programming (hoping to take lessons soon). Anyway, I'll let you know about the three main characters and the antagonist of Blood Colored Moon, which are the only characters I've bothered to name so far. So, without further ado, THE CHARACTERS:

Storylines:
Seira Akatokiyami -
A girl who ran away from home after being adopted by abusive parents after her real parents died in a house fire right before her eyes. Though she's simply trying to find a better life (or kill herself, not too sure about that right now), she ends up running into the enemy of the game who, after a rude introduction, flies away warning her to keep away from the enemy's "home" (which is actually the size of an entire country). Seeing as how she can't escape from Yamiji's home in the first place, she decides that the only way to escape is to beat the s#&t out of Yamiji. Seira's pretty much a pyromaniac, meaning most of her attacks consist of burning the enemy with things like spray-can flamethrowers, molotov cocktails, and so on. Sounds like a fun girl.
Akuryuu Yosutebito -
Ah, you don't know how much I like this guy. In practically every game idea that I've come up with in the past YEAR, his name always pops up as one of the main characters, and most of the time he has the same storylines, personalities, and so on. Anyways, Akuryuu's a demon who, without knowing, lives in Yomiji's "home", and he just wants to kill her to stop all the monsters that keep infesting his lawn. He's a demon who actually doesn't act that bad. Sure, he's creepy, quiet, never smiles, and he's pretty much emo, but at least he isn't like the Joker from The Dark Knight. THAT would be a little too much to handle as a main character...He mostly just fistfights his enemies (and sometimes uses darkness and blood magic), but he'll sometimes pull out his katana and just cuts most enemies into thousands of pieces with only one swipe.
Utaki Kyuuketsuki -
This one is another main character that comes to mind, though she's only been an idea for about half the time Akuryuu was. So, here's the deal: She's Yamiji's younger sister, and she doesn't really like what Yamiji's doing. Why? Because she thinks that her sister is out of her mind. Yamiji wants to get revenge on humanity by killing them off, but as we all know, vampires can't live without human blood, so Utaki is being sensible and saving her life, her sister's life, and every other vampires life. The only reason she's working with Seira and Akuryuu is because they're gonna clear the way for her to fight her sister. Utaki fights using her vampire claws, shadow magic, fangs, and sometimes will summon her two bat friends (Remilia and Flandre, she named them that for referencing purposes).
Yamiji Kyuuketsuki -
Alright, the final boss and final character on this note, though there will probably be about 50 more characters in the actual game (have fun drawing them, Terry, mwahaha!). She is some really powerful vampire girl. In her human life, she was always tortured by all the other humans she's met, and I don't mean just being called names. She was BEATEN UP more than once every day by the humans, and they just did it because they're sadistic bastards. So she got pissed and did the Vampiric Exchange (I'll explain it later) to get revenge. She spent her entire vampiric life along with her sister to get more power to wipe humanity off the plant, but at the time, Utaki didn't know what she was doing (which is why she now wants Yamiji to stop). Her plan - Kill all of the main characters and their allies by whatever means to clear the way to revenge. I dunno how I'm gonna make her attack, but I have until the final stage of game making to figure THAT out.
